The difference between sacred anger and destructive anger.
- Become aware of your anger – identify the emotions which fuel the anger (i.e. sadness, fear, hurt, bitterness, etc.)
- Accept it and take it to prayer
- Take a deep breath
- Pray for meekness and mercy
